Science at Foxes Piece
Science at Foxes Piece School follows the National Curriculum, with a large focus on experiential learning. Whether during lesson time or through clubs and visitors, our children witness and enjoy the wonders of the environment around them. From watching chicken eggs hatch and grow to observing the life forms of a rockpool, our children delight in the phenomena of the natural world.
We regularly enjoy whole school science investigations. Last year we investigated which biscuit would the best ‘dunking biscuit’ for the teacher’s staff room.
With large, beautiful school grounds brimming with wildlife, our children spend lots of time observing and investigating the outdoors.
