Action Plan

Strengthen Our Anti-Bullying Approach

Following parent feedback, we are implementing the following steps:

  • Clear Communication – We will share our bullying response process with parents via newsletters and our website.
  • Education – Families will receive information on what we teach pupils about bullying and how to report concerns.
  • Workshops – Additional anti-bullying workshops will be introduced in the Spring and Summer Term.
  • Pupil Leadership – We will launch an Anti-Bullying Ambassador role to empower pupils in promoting kindness and inclusion.
  • Pupil Initiative – Pupils will create STOP posters to display around the school, reinforcing anti-bullying messages.

Together, we will ensure a safe and supportive environment for all pupils. Thank you for your support.

  • Some parents are fine with a school ban, provided it doesn't interfere with their child’s ability to carry a phone for the commute

  • Accessing harmful content
  • Online bullying and abuse by other children and young people
  • Becoming isolated from the family
