Foxes Piece School

Harvest Festival

The school's harvest festival was a time for pupils to reflect on their good fortune and consider those less fortunate than themselves. The parents, staff and children donated a huge amount of goods for Wycombe Homeless Connection; a charity that supports the homeless in the local area. Mrs Allen prepared a super harvest display and Year 3 and 4 exhibited their Autumnal art. Rev Nick Thompson from Marlow Methodist Church led a special harvest assembly which was followed by a message of thanks from Mayor Jocelyn Towns.

The following day, members of the School Council accompanied Mrs Morris, using the school's minibus, to personally deliver the donations to Wycombe Homeless Connection. It's a great feeling knowing that the supplies we have donated will help people in need.
