Year 3 - Science
During Science Week, Year 3 took on a camouflage challenge. We had to hide different materials around the school in partners to reach a conclusion about how best to camouflage a butterfly. We concluded that the the colours on the butterfly had to match the environment and the pattern could not be too busy otherwise it would be hard to find an area to hide in. We then used this conclusion to design our own butterflies. We really enjoyed this investigation!
