Community cop cards is a sticker-collecting scheme open to year 6 pupils from participating schools. The children can collect up to 24 stickers by completing activities encouraging them to be safe, engage with their local community, care for their local areas and build positive relationships with their neighbourhood policing teams.
The scheme focuses on group effort and peer support as classes compete against classes in other schools to win a class daytrip to Legoland Windsor.
This exciting scheme is a result of partnership working between us and Thames Valley Police. The scheme has been funded by generous donations from parish councils, local businesses and other local organisations.
The children went with PCSO Ling and PSCO Bowles to Riley Park to plant some flowers and litter pick as part of this scheme. We even had a play in the park after!
