Take a look at our latest news happening in school at the moment.
Welcome to our brand new school website! We have created the website to keep parents up to date with school news and notices, and to showcase some of the great things our pupils are achieving. The website is extremely easy to edit by all staff at the school, so check back soon for new updates!
The children had a wonderful afternoon in the school hall purchasing gifts and playing "pocket money" games. They had the chance to have their gifts wrapped to pop under the Christmas tree for family and friends. We were very lucky and grateful to have such willing Year 6 pupils to man the stalls for us.
The whole school enjoyed a visit from two reindeers and their handlers. Snowy was the oldest reindeer, aged 4 and Cloudy was 1 year old. The handlers engaged with the children in age appropriate talks about where reindeers can be found, their predetors, what they eat (carrots are not top of the list!) and interesting facts relating to their horns and other parts of their anatomy. The children were able to ask questions about the reindeer and finished of their sessions with the opportunity to feed the reindeer.
