Last week, both Year 6 classes spent an enjoyable morning dragon boating at Longridge Activity Centre. The weather was perfect and after a short instruction session the classes were soon on the water, filling 3 boats. After practising and experimenting with the best type of motivating shout, the boats were off in a hard fought race. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the children are looking forward to a return match when they go to Longridge in the summer!
The children had so much fun at the Carnival on Saturday 15th September. We met at Holy Trinity School and walked down with the procession onto the high street and then arrived in Higginson Park. The Friends of Foxy PTA ladies held a stall within the park and raised a whooping £300 profit for the school. Thank you so much!
