Take a look at our latest news happening in school at the moment.
The Mini Police project returned to Year 6 with their amazing Dog Handling team. The children met Blaze and Hudson, two German Shepherd dogs, and their handler PC Katie. These dogs are amazing and do so much to help fight crime. Without them, the police would find their jobs much harder. We were all allowed to stroke Blaze because he is very friendly. We felt really lucky to have this amazing experience.
Year 6 has had a busy and varied week. On Tuesday we were invited to watch Great Marlow School's production of Peter Pan. We were the only audience members for their dress rehearsal that day and we thoroughly enjoyed the show. It was great to see three past members of our school involved in the production too.
This week the youngest children in school put on a brilliant performance of 'Jump if you love Christmas'. Despite the children and staff having time off for illness the show went ahead! Families were delighted to be able to come in and see our live performance.
On Sunday a team of children, staff and governors took part in the Santa Fun Run. It was a cold but an amazing morning that the children and adults all enjoyed. It was great to see some more families at the event taking part and cheering everyone on!
