• KS1 Easter Hat Parade

  Another year of wonderful creations from our KS1 children. We had winners for 'with help' and 'without help'. Everyone made such an effort - well done! 

  

• KS2 Easter Exhibition

  The children were given a plastic cup and had to create an Easter theme design! We had such wonderful creations come into school. Here were our winners:

  Overall winner: Gabriel, Y5R

  Runners up: Olivia Yr3, Ryan Yr4, Nathaniel Yr4, Angel Yr5R, Ruairi Yr 5C, Hattie Yr6, Elicia Yr6

  Highly commendable winners: Millie Yr4, Izzie Yr 4 and Tilly Y6

• Year 6 Greek Day

  To mark the end of their topic on Ancient Greece Year 6 spent 2 mornings celebrating all things Greek.  The first morning was spent painting cups with Greek patterns, designs and mythical creatures.  The cups were then glazed and fired, so they will be suitable for everyday use.

   

  The second morning was spent learning Greek dancing (thank you Miss Byron), cooking delicious Greek food, learning a few words of Greek and planning and budgeting for a Greek holiday for Mrs Potter!  Year 6 thoroughly enjoyed the mornings and are now expert in all things Hellenic!
