Swan Upping 2019
Thu 18 Jul 2019We were so fortunate for the children to have the opportunity to learn about Swan Upping. David Barber explained what Swan Upping is and what they do to protect the Royal swans; the Swan Markers of the Vintners’ and Dyers’ livery companies explained about the boats they use and the problems swans encounter with fishing tackle. The children also had the opportunity to see and a touch a cygnet.

Reception Train Trip to Maidenhead
Wed 10 Jul 2019This term we are learning about transport and travelling. We had an exciting trip on Wednesday 10th July, we went on a train ride from Marlow station to Maidenhead and then returned to Marlow station. It was great fun!

Fox Fest 2019
Fri 05 Jul 2019On 5th July we held our much loved Friends of Foxy FoxFest. This was a fun family fundraiser with music and a selection of foods from around the world. Thank you so much to Friends of Foxy for organising this great event.

One World Day 2019
Fri 05 Jul 2019On 5th July we held our much loved ‘One World Day’. During the day, the children toured the school visiting different countries and took part in a range of musical, artistic and craft activities to learn about the diversity of the wider world. It was a superb day to learn about diversity, tolerance and respect.

Year 1 and 5 'Buddy' Afternoon
Mon 01 Jul 2019Year 1 and 5 came together for the afternoon for a 'buddy' session. The Year 5 children helped the Year 1's with their reading and literacy lesson.
