  • Sports Leaders running dance club!

    Our Sports Leaders enjoyed running a fun dance club at lunchtime on Friday.  They worked collaboratively to share their love of dance and exercise with pupils across the school.  Great work girls!

  • Year 6 building bird boxes for our Eco Reserve Area

    Year 6 spent the morning building bird boxes in the Eco Reserve area with Miss Kerr. They used different tools to secure their boxes in place and worked brilliantly as a team.  Year 6 are happy to know they have built bird boxes which will hopefully provide a safe home for the birds. 

  • Year 6 to Houses of Parliament

    Year 6 thoroughly enjoyed their school trip to the Houses of Parliament. The children held their own mini-elections and learnt the difference between the House of Commons, House of Lords and the Monarch. They also visited Parliament Square and saw the statue of Emmeline Pankhurst. Year 6 has been learning about Emmeline Pankhurst in their History and English lessons. It was a fantastic day out!  

     

  • Marlow Eco Conference

    Two members of our new Eco Team joined Mrs Byron at the Marlow Eco Conference.  They enjoyed their afternoon at Holy Trinity School and have got a lot of ideas about how we can develop our Eco Curriculum at Foxes Piece.  The boys did a great presentation to the whole conference and we are hoping to host the event in the summer to show off our fabulous new outdoor classroom.

  • Rugby Day in School

    We had a great day with the High Wycombe Rugby Club sharing their skills and knowledge with all the KS1 and KS2 pupils. We had lots of fun and we look forward to taking part in some fun festivals throughout the year.

  • Fitness Day in School

    Our new Sports Leaders did a great job inspiring children to take part in some new fitness activities at both break and lunchtime.

  • Year 4 Outdoor Activity Lessons

    Year 4 have loved their first Outdoor Adventurous Activity lessons over the past two weeks.  These lessons have helped us develop our team work and leadership skills whilst having fun making exciting obstacle courses.  This week, we had the challenge of completing obstacle courses blindfolded!  We really had to listen well and give clear and concise instructions.
