  The children put on a wonderful nativity performance and we were super proud of them.

  We served 140 Christmas lunches, yes 140! We had a festive film on in the hall and festive music in the dining room. We all ate a traditional/halal turkey/veg dinner with potatoes and all the trimmings! It was yummy!

• Planting trees on site

  Our pupils have been busy learning about ways in which they can develop their environment. The school is particularly lucky to have extensive grounds with trim trails, wild areas, playing fields, and even an orchard of rare fruit trees. Now, the children have enlisted the help of expert gardener Anthony Henn.  Having appeared on television programmes such as ‘Gardeners’ World’ and ‘Roots and Shoots’, Anthony came to the school to advise the children on planting the trees kindly donated by The Woodlands Trust. He also donated a ‘garden on a roll’- an easy to use kit to create our own planted border. The school council were able to gain useful gardening tips; planting  trees in the new designated area and trying out the garden on a roll.  The aim is to provide a sustainable and varied learning environment which can be developed by pupils today for future generations to enjoy.

  

• Christmas Fair

  Friends of Foxy organised a wonderful Christmas fair for us, we had lots of stalls and games for the children in the hall in the day and after school we had more fun outside for the grown ups! We made a profit of £443.04

  

• Santa Fun Run 2017
