The Mini Police visited Year 6 today and the children learnt about what the police do if a member of the public reports their item missing. They spoke about the process and children had a go at writing a statement, filling in a bag of evidence and also taking fingerprints. It was a hands-on and informative lesson, which was enjoyed by all!
Year 5 loved their marble treat of making pizza. They used a variety of toppings and took them home to cook and enjoy.
Thank you so much to everyone who came along and helped us develop our outdoor area on Saturday. The outdoor classroom is really beginning to take shape and it will be a wonderful resource for the children to use in the spring and summer terms.
The children did a great job with the help of Thames Valley Police spotting cars that could have parked in a more considerate way and then even had some warning notices to give out to those who needed some guidance on this!
